Expedition of your parcels

Parcels are usually shipped within 2 days after receipt of payment.

They are shipped by mail in a letter followed with a tracking number and remitted without signature. Couriers can be followed at the following address:

If you meet reception worries, please contact the post office service at 3631 with your tracking number

Particular care is brought to all our parcels, regardless of the value of it.

As soon as your order is supported by the post office services, we dismiss all claims on delivery times as well as any damage occurred during routing.

Parcels can also be shipped in ar and remit against signature. Please contact us before choosing this mode of delivery because it induces additional charges. Whatever the mode of delivery chosen, we send you a link to follow your parcel online.

Shipping costs include preparation and packaging fees as well as shipping costs. Preparation fees are fixed, while transport costs vary depending on the total weight of the package.

We recommend that you consolidate all your articles in one order. We can not group two orders placed separately and shipping charges apply to each of them. Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile objects.

The dimensions of the boxes are suitable and your articles are properly protected.

Return of your products

The haberdashery of the girlfriend respects the legal period of retraction of 14 calendar days. During this time the consumer can return, the products do not suit him. This period runs from the day of delivery of the consumer order.

WARNING !!! Exceptions to the right of withdrawal: the products at the cut, made, custom or exclusively. Any product having been cut at the size requested by the customer (either by explicit request or by choice of product amount sold by meter or other unit of measurement) will not be able to be returned.

We recommend the consumer to return his products in Colissimo equipped with a recommendation or additional insurance guaranteeing, where appropriate, the compensation of the products up to their real market value in case of spoliation or loss of this merchandise.

This right of withdrawal is exercised without penalty, with the exception of return expenses that remain the responsibility of the consumer.
The value of returned items will be reimbursed by Paypal transfer or check. The shipping costs will be not refunded. With the customer's agreement the return value may be re-credited as a client's account and will be deduced from the following command (s).

In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the girlfriend's haberdashery will make every effort to repay the consumer in receiving the goods.
